Dans le cadre de notre croissance et du développement de nos activités dans la région lémanique, nous renforçons notre équipe de Prilly / Lausanne.

Nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Senior Systèmes & Réseaux / Chef(fe) de projet IT.

Nous cherchons avant tout un profil expérimenté et autonome, capable aussi bien de prendre en charge des environnements techniques complexes que de piloter des projets et d'accompagner nos clients.

Votre rôle : • Concevoir, déployer et maintenir des infrastructures systèmes et réseaux • Gérer des environnements Microsoft : Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Windows Server, Active Directory, SharePoint, etc. • Intervenir sur les infrastructures réseaux, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi et sécurité • Participer à nos projets Cloud, infrastructure et cybersécurité • Prendre la responsabilité de projets IT de A à Z : analyse, planification, coordination, migration et mise en production • Être l'interlocuteur technique privilégié de certains de nos clients • Coordonner les ressources internes impliquées dans les projets et accompagner les ingénieurs et techniciens de l'équipe • Participer à l'évolution de notre équipe lémanique et de nos méthodes de travail

Le profil que nous recherchons :

Vous disposez de plusieurs années d'expérience dans l'ingénierie systèmes et réseaux, idéalement dans une société de services IT / MSP.

Vous êtes à l'aise techniquement, mais également avec les clients. Nous recherchons quelqu'un de professionnel, structuré, autonome, flexible et agréable dans les relations humaines, capable d'expliquer simplement des sujets techniques et de créer une véritable relation de confiance.

Une expérience en gestion de projets IT, en coordination d'équipe ou dans un rôle de référent technique constitue un vrai avantage.

Le permis de conduire est nécessaire pour les interventions et rendez-vous chez nos clients en Suisse romande.

Lieu : Prilly / région lausannoise

NETmanage est aujourd'hui en pleine croissance en Suisse romande. Nous développons fortement notre présence dans la région lémanique et souhaitons construire une équipe locale solide, tout en bénéficiant des compétences et des ressources de l'ensemble du groupe.

Nous recherchons donc une personne qui souhaite non seulement rejoindre une entreprise IT, mais aussi prendre une vraie place dans le développement de notre activité dans la région lausannoise.
