Ingénieur TIC Gestion des Identités et des Accès 80 - 100 % (h/f/d)

Nous sommes un pionnier innovant en matière de ventilateurs, de pipetage automatisé et de stockage d-échantillons ainsi que dans le développement de capteurs de processus.

En tant que partie de l-unité commerciale Shared Services (SHS) de Hamilton AG, ce secteur assume des tâches centrales pour les entreprises Hamilton. Les équipes des RH, TIC, communication d-entreprise, installations et finances veillent à ce que les processus fonctionnent sans accroc et que les collaborateurs soient optimally soutenus dans le monde entier.

Ce que tu peux accomplir :

  • Exploitation et développement continu de la plateforme Microsoft Entra ID et Active Directory
  • Conception et mise en œuvre de solutions modernes de gestion des identités et des accès
  • Développement de Conditional Access, MFA, authentification sans mot de passe, SSO et RBAC
  • Assurer une architecture d-identité hybride sécurisée entre Active Directory sur site et Microsoft Entra ID
  • Mise en œuvre des principes Zero Trust et des normes de sécurité modernes
  • Automatisation des processus d-identité et d-autorisations
  • Exploitation et développement de la gestion des identités privilégiées (PIM) et de la gouvernance des accès
  • Intégration de nouvelles applications dans le paysage d-identité existant
  • Conseil aux parties prenantes, équipes de sécurité et départements spécialisés sur les sujets IAM et sécurité
  • Participation à des projets cloud, sécurité et digitalisation

Ce que tu apportes :

  • Formation d-informaticien FH/HF ou qualifications équivalentes
  • Expérience de plusieurs années avec Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) et Active Directory
  • Connaissances approfondies en gestion des identités et des accès (IAM)
  • Expérience avec Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, fédération et RBAC
  • Bonne connaissance de l-identité hybride et de Microsoft Entra Connect
  • Expérience avec PowerShell et automatisation
  • Compréhension de Zero Trust, du principe du moindre privilège et des concepts de sécurité modernes
  • Connaissances des exigences en matière de gouvernance, conformité et audit
  • Méthode de travail analytique et structurée
  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand ainsi que bonnes connaissances en anglais, niveau minimum B2
