In Kooperation mit einer auf M\&A spezialisierten Unternehmensberatung bin ich mit dieser hochinteressanten und komplexen Übernahme\-Evaluation betraut. Das lokal verankerte, überregional agierende und profitable Kleinstunternehmen ist im Raum ZÜRICH\-NORD ansässig. Als wichtiger Marktteilnehmer für hochwertige Diagnosegeräte im Automotive\-Sektor weisst es eine langjährige Erfolgsgeschichte aus. Aufgrund einer geplanten Nachfolgeregelung suche ich nun eine versierte, frontorientierte und unternehmerische Persönlichkeit mit echtem Pioniergeist, und Verstand.

INHABER / GESCHÄFTSFÜHRER im erweiterten Automobil\-Umfeld (w/m) ==================================================================

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Gesamtverantwortung über die wirtschaftlichen Geschicke des aktuell zwei Mitarbeitende umfassenden Unternehmens (eine gründliche Übergangs\- respektive Einführungs\-Phase ist gewährleistet) * Operative Geschäftsführung und Entwicklung einer nachhaltigen Wachstumsstrategie sowie deren vielseitigen Umsetzung * Koordination der verschiedensten Vertriebs\-Geschäfte und der umfangreichen kaufmännischen Abläufe * Aktive Mitarbeit bei herausfordernden Kundenprojekten, Vertriebsprozessen und Marktbearbeitungs\-Massnahmen * Sicherstellen einer werthaltigen, dynamischen und erfolgreichen Geschäftspolitik inkl. Produkte\-Evaluation (Hardware und Software) Ihr Profil:

* Technisch/industrielle Grundausbildung aus den Bereichen Automotiv, Maschinen/Metall, Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbar, mit Weiterbildung in Richtung Betriebswirtschaft und/oder Marketing von grossem Vorteil * Mehrjährige Fach\- und ggf. Führungserfahrung in einem technisch/industriellen Umfeld (mit Vorzug aus dem Automobil\-, Maschinenbau\-, Medtech oder IT\-Hardware\-Sektor) * Leistungsausweis im Zusammenhang mit einer umfassenden Vertriebs\- und/oder Management\-Funktion in einem lokalen KMU, ausgesprochener Wunsch nach einer selbständigen Inhaberschaft (Bank\-Darlehen ist vorgeplant, geschätzte Eigenmittel ca. 200'000\.\-\-) * Perfektes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil, hohe Reisebereitschaft in der (Deutsch) Schweiz * Unternehmerische, entscheidungsstarke Persönlichkeit, 35 bis 55, wohnhaft in der Grossregion Zürich/Ostschweiz, lokale, persönliche Verankerung in der Region wünschenswert Kann ich Sie begeistern, in einem kompetenten und vielseitigen KMU mit Charakter und Persönlichkeit DIE entscheidende einzunehmen?
