Ambulante und stationäre Angebote gehen nahtlos ineinander über. Während die Senevita Standorte für selbstständiges betreutes Wohnen und umfassende Pflege stehen, ist Senevita Casa die schweizweit führende Anbieterin privater Spitex\-Leistungen. Für die Senevita Stockenhof in Regensdorf suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Inhouse Spitex Leitung 80\-100% (w/m) Inhouse Spitex stellvertretende Fachverantwortung 60\-80% (w/m) Schwerpunkt Frühdienst Deine Aufgaben Du trägst dazu bei, dass unsere Bewohnenden täglich eine professionelle und individuelle Pflege und Betreuung geniessen Fallführung durch Planung, Steuerung und Evaluation des Pflegeprozesses Verantwortung für eine sorgfältige und lückenlose Führung der Pflegedokumentation Führen von Gesprächen und Begleitung von therapeutischen Prozessen mit dem Ziel, die Betroffenen in der selbständigen Alltagsgestaltung zu fördern Beratung und Begleitung von Angehörigen Instruktion, Coaching und Beratung der Mitarbeitenden Das bringst Du mit Abgeschlossene Ausbildung, zur Dipl.
