Injection Molding Technician / Règleur injection

Tâches principales :

  • Monter / démonter les moules sur les presses y compris les connexions des circuits de refroidissement
  • Régler et démarrer les équipements de production, selon les prescriptions de réglage en vigueur
  • Contrôler la production selon les gammes
  • Programmer les robots et pique-carottes
  • Préparer l-implantation des postes de travail
  • Former les opérateurs et opératrices sur presses
  • Identifier et apporter des solutions aux problèmes rencontrés en production
  • Appliquer, respecter les processus et procédures de travail (Médical)
  • Rédiger, éditer et modifier les cartes de réglage
  • Rédiger les demandes d-intervention (outillages et maintenance des EQP). Effectuer la maintenance du 1er niveau

Profil :

  • CFC Agent technique des matières synthétiques et/ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Expérience confirmée de 5 ans en tant que régleur-se dans un environnement médical
  • Excellente maîtrise des process d-injection, parfaite maîtrise des équipements et machines liés à l-injection plastique (Arburg, Netstal, Engel) ainsi que de très bonnes connaissances en mécanique
  • Méticuleux, fiable et sens des responsabilités, orienté résultats
  • Autonomie, rigueur et aptitude à travailler en équipe (horaire en équipe)
  • Bonne acuité visuelle (contrôle visuelle) et bonnes conditions physiques
  • Connaissance d-un ERP et de Microsoft office
  • Langue de travail en français et capacité à communiquer en Anglais
