Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine motivierte Persönlichkeit als Innovationskoordinator/in F\&E (80\-100 %) HAUPTAUFGABEN Innovations\- \& Entwicklungsunterstützung Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und Administration der Innovationspipeline Strukturierung und Dokumentation von Innovations\- und Entwicklungsthemen Durchführung technologie\-, trend\- und benchmarkbezogener Analysen als Grundlage für Innovationsprojekte. Koordination von Kontakten zu Fachverbänden, Instituten und externen Partnern Vorbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen, Priorisierungsvorschlägen und Szenarien für den Leiter F\&E Erstellung von Projekt\-Updates, Statusübersichten und Entscheidungsunterlagen Standardisierte Rapportierung für interne Entscheidungsprozesse Nachverfolgung definierter Massnahmen und Meilensteine Projektmanagement Innovations\- \& Entwicklungsprojekte Koordination von Innovations\- und Entwicklungsprojekten gemäss Produktentwicklungsprozess Planung, Strukturierung und Nachverfolgung von Arbeitspaketen, Meilensteinen und Verantwortlichkeiten Sicherstellung der vollständigen Bearbeitung aller offenen Punkte gemäss Produktentwicklungsprozess Erstellung von Projektstatusberichten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen Daten \& Dokumentationsmanagement Pflege, Strukturierung und Aufbereitung technischer Projekt\-, Rezeptur\- und Versuchsdaten Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Statusübersichten Sicherstellung einer nachvollziehbaren Dokumentation innerhalb laufender Innovations\- und Entwicklungsprojekte Produkt\- \& Prozessunterstützung Koordination und Dokumentation von Produktanmeldungen Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von internen Richtlinien und Prozessen Vorbereitung von Zertifizierungsunterlagen Organisation und Pflege von Inventur\- und Datenstrukturen Mitarbeit bei Budgetaufbereitungen und Szenarien ANFORDERUNGEN Abgeschlossene technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (FH / ETH / Universität)mit klarem Bezug zum Baugewerbe(z.
