* Diploma universitario in informatica o ingegneria elettronica * Esperienza pluriennale nello sviluppo di software * Dimestichezza con almeno un linguaggio di programmazione moderno e con ambienti di sistema Linux o UNIX * Conoscenze approfondite nell'ambito di banche dati, interfacce e applicazioni web * Utilizzo regolare di sistemi di gestione delle versioni, svolgimento regolare di test automatizzati e adozione di processi di sviluppo strutturati * Buone conoscenze attive di due lingue ufficiali; capacità di negoziazione in inglese

Il Comando Istruzione (Cdo Istr) è responsabile dell'istruzione in seno all'Esercito svizzero -- dal reclutamento all'istruzione di base generale fino all'istruzione dei quadri -- per quanto riguarda la milizia e i militari di professione. Comprende l'Istruzione superiore dei quadri, il Personale dell'esercito, cinque formazioni d'addestramento, il Centro d'istruzione e il Servizio specializzato Donne nell'esercito e diversity. Un terzo dei circa 2350 collaboratori è attivo in professioni civili in ambito scientifico, tecnico, medico, psicologico, amministrativo o sportivo e contribuisce al successo insieme ai militari di professione.

L'Esercito svizzero dà lavoro a oltre 9000 collaboratori nel quadro di quattro professioni militari e circa 200 professioni civili, in 110 ubicazioni su tutto il territorio nazionale. Inoltre provvede alle nuove leve, formando apprendisti in oltre 30 professioni.
