Ihr Alltag:

  • Kundenaufträge und Angebote: Sie erstellen, bearbeiten und bringen sie zum Abschluss – von der Anfrage bis zur Lieferung
  • Projektabwicklung: Sie begleiten den Auftrag durch alle Phasen, behalten den Überblick und sorgen dafür, dass es läuft
  • Einkauf und Koordination: Sie klären Preise, Termine und koordinieren mit Lieferwerken – direkt und verbindlich
  • Opportunities und Leads: Sie erfassen, verfolgen und treiben voran – aus Interesse wird Auftrag
  • Reklamationen und Retouren: Sie regeln, was zu regeln ist – pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert
  • Training\-Administration: Sie organisieren, koordinieren und halten den Betrieb am Laufen
  • Gästebetreuung: Sie sind Gesicht und erste Anlaufstelle für interne und externe Besucher

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder technische Grundausbildung ( Automatiker/in) mit Weiterbildung zum/zur technischen Kaufmann/\-frau
  • Gute Office 365\-Kenntnisse, SAP ERP/CRM von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis – Sie wollen wissen, wovon Sie sprechen
  • Kommunikationsstärke mit Verkaufsflair – Sie überzeugen, statt zu überreden
  • Teamfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung – Sie liefern, aber nicht allein
  • Deutsch Muttersprache, Englisch und weitere Landessprachen von Vorteil
