Wir suchen eine kommunikationsstarke und dynamische Persönlichkeit für unseren Inside Sales, die mitdenkt, anpackt und gemeinsam mit unserem Team etwas bewegen möchte.

Aufgaben

Als Inside Sales Specialist bist du eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, dem Vertrieb und unseren internen Teams. Du sorgst dafür, dass aus Anfragen konkrete Lösungen und aus Kundenkontakten langfristige Beziehungen werden.

Dabei erwartet dich alles andere als ein monotoner Büroalltag:

  • Kunden begeistern: Du betreust bestehende Kunden und bist erste Ansprechperson für ihre Anliegen.
  • Chancen erkennen: Du identifizierst Potenziale, gehst aktiv auf Kunden zu und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Geschäftsbeziehungen.
  • Sales unterstützen: Du arbeitest eng mit dem Aussendienst zusammen und hältst ihm den Rücken frei.
  • Angebote & Aufträge: Von der Anfrage bis zur Auftragsabwicklung behältst du den Überblick.
  • SAP im Einsatz: Du arbeitest sicher mit SAP und nutzt das System effizient für Kundenmanagement, Aufträge und administrative Prozesse.
  • Teamplayer sein: Du koordinierst dich mit verschiedenen internen Abteilungen und sorgst dafür, dass Informationen dort ankommen, wo sie gebraucht werden.

Anforderungen

Du bist nicht einfach jemand, der Telefonate entgegennimmt und Aufträge erfasst. Du denkst mit, fragst nach und willst Dinge voranbringen.

Idealerweise bringst du mit:

  • Erfahrung im Inside Sales, Vertriebsinnendienst oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Gute SAP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise in einem vertriebsnahen Umfeld
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verkaufstalent und ein gutes Gespür für Kundenbedürfnisse
  • Sicheres Deutsch; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und eine gesunde Portion Macher-Mentalität
