Per la nostra sede di Balerna stiamo cercando un/una: INSIDE TECHNICAL SALES – SETTORE PHARMA \& NUTRITION La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team e, in una prima fase, si occuperà principalmente di attività di back office commerciale, fondamentali per acquisire una conoscenza approfondita dei prodotti, dei processi aziendali e del mercato. Responsabilità: Supportare il team commerciale nella gestione del portafoglio clienti e delle attività quotidiane. Occuparsi delle attività di back office commerciale: inserimento ordini, invio delle conferme d'ordine e aggiornamento del CRM aziendale. Preparare offerte commerciali e monitorarne l'avanzamento fino alla finalizzazione. Gestire le richieste dei clienti, fornendo supporto telefonico e via e\-mail e assicurando un servizio tempestivo ed efficace. Coordinare la documentazione tecnica e regolatoria in collaborazione con i reparti Qualità e Regulatory Affairs. Supportare le attività di approvvigionamento, con particolare riferimento ai prodotti Carlo Erba Reagents, richiedendo quotazioni ai fornitori, monitorando gli ordini di acquisto e verificando la disponibilità dei prodotti. Collaborare con il reparto Logistica per il monitoraggio degli ordini, delle consegne e la gestione di eventuali resi o non conformità. Aggiornare le anagrafiche clienti, gli articoli e i dati commerciali nei sistemi aziendali. Collaborare con il team Marketing Con il progressivo consolidamento delle competenze, la risorsa sarà coinvolta in attività commerciali sempre più autonome e nella gestione diretta dei clienti. Requisiti: Laurea in discipline scientifiche (CTF, Farmacia, Chimica, Biologia, Biotecnologie, Scienze e Tecnologie Alimentari o affini). Esperienza di 3\-5 anni in ruoli tecnico\-commerciali nei settori Pharma, Nutraceutical, Food Ingredients Life Science. Solida conoscenza delle dinamiche commerciali B2B e dei processi di vendita. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e della lingua tedesca. Una seconda lingua nazionale sarà titolo preferenziale Spiccate capacità negoziali, relazionali e orientamento al risultato. Ottime capacità organizzative, autonomia nella gestione delle priorità e attitudine al problem solving. Familiarità con sistemi CRM e principali strumenti informatici.
