Introduction ###

 

Nous sommes une entreprise familiale spécialisée dans la vente et la maintenance d'appareils électroménagers à Genève.

Nous recherchons un technicien expérimenté pour renforcer nos équipes.

 

Responsabilités ###

 

  • Installer et mettre en service des appareils électroménagers chez les clients.
  • Diagnostiquer et réparer les pannes sur une large gamme d'appareils électroménagers.
  • Assurer un service client de qualité en répondant aux questions et en fournissant des conseils d'utilisation.
  • Effectuer des contrôles de maintenance préventive pour garantir le bon fonctionnement des appareils.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe technique pour résoudre des problèmes complexes.
  • Maintenir un inventaire précis des pièces de rechange et des outils.

 

Qualifications ###

 

  • Formation technique ou expérience équivalente dans le domaine des appareils électroménagers.
  • Connaissances solides en électricité et en mécanique.
  • Capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes techniques de manière autonome.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et orientation client.
  • Permis de conduire valide (catégorie B).
  • Maîtrise du français, la connaissance de l'anglais ou d'une autre langue locale est un atout.
