Ihre Aufgaben - Auftragsabwicklung von telefonischen Bestellungen - Technische Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden per Telefon und Online-Chat - Auftragsbearbeitung von Online-Bestellungen - Auftrags- und Terminüberwachung - Unterstützung unseres Aussendienstes - Bindeglied zwischen Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Stellen

Ihr Profil - Abgeschlossene Lehre als Elektroinstallateur/in - Kommunikativ und kundenorientiert - Vernetzte Denkweise - Sehr gute Italienischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie mündliche Deutschkenntnisse für die interne Kommunikation, weitere Landessprachen von Vorteil
