Instandhaltungsfachmann/\-frau (100%)

Halte unsere operativen Bereiche am Laufen und sorge dafür, dass Stillstände gar nicht erst zum Problem werden. Bei uns übernimmst du Verantwortung, treibst Verbesserungen voran und bringst deine Expertise dort ein, wo sie wirklich Wirkung zeigt.

Was wirst du tun

* Schnelle und fachgerechte Behebung von Störungen und Anlagenstillständen im Schichtbetrieb

* Überwachung von Anlagenelementen sowie proaktives Handeln gemäss Service Level Agreements

* Durchführung und Koordination geplanter Wartungs\- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

* Erstellung und Optimierung von Instandhaltungsplänen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Instandhaltungsplanung

* Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards und kontinuierliche Verbesserung durch Erkennen von Schwachstellen

* Gewährleistung von Sicherheit, Verfügbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit der Anlagen

* Mitarbeit bei Inbetriebnahmen, Umbauten sowie bei Instandhaltungs\- und abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten

* Unterstützung, Schulung und fachliche Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden

* Gelegentliches Arbeiten in der Höhe und somit sicheres Anwenden der PSAgA

Arbeitszeiten

  • Grundsätzliche Arbeitszeiten im Schichtmodell zwischen 6 Uhr morgens und 23 Uhr abends in 2 Schichten
  • Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Sondereinsätze (bspw. Samstag, Sonntag und Nacht)

Wer du bist

* Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Instandhaltungsfachmann/\-frau (eidg. FA) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Produktions\- und Logistikanlagen

* Erfahrung im direkten Kundenkontakt und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung

  • SPS\-Grundlagenkenntnisse sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Automation, Elektrotechnik, Mechanik, Pneumatik und Hydraulik
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- (mind. B2\) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1\)

* Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung

* Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, vernetztes Denken sowie proaktives und innovatives Handeln

* Teamfähige, kommunikative und flexible Persönlichkeit mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft und körperlicher Belastbarkeit
