Zudem ermöglicht die Technologie der Kundin die Produktion und den Transport erneuerbarer Energien vom Erzeuger bis zum Verbraucher. Zur Sicherung der Betriebsbereitschaft ihrer hochmodernen Industrie 4.0-Standard-Fertigung am Standort Lenzburg suchen wir eine technisch versierte Fachkraft für den Bereich Ersatzteillogistik und Lagerhaltung.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

Als Technische Fachkraft (m/w/d) zur Sicherung der Betriebsbereitschaft und Lagerhaltung spielst du eine zentrale Rolle, um die Verfügbarkeit von Ersatzteilen und Verbrauchsmaterialien zu gewährleisten und damit eine reibungslose Produktion sicherzustellen.

  • Analyse und Pflege der anlagen- und systemspezifischen Ersatzteilelisten zur Sicherung der kurz- und mittelfristigen Betriebsbereitschaft
  • Verwaltung und Dokumentation der Ersatzteile, Werkzeuge und Verbrauchsmaterialien im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Kostenoptimierte Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen und Verbrauchsmaterialien über einschlägige Systeme (z.B. SAP, Ariba)
  • Organisation und Durchführung von kurzfristigen Ersatzteilebeschaffungen, inklusive Kurierfahrten (auch ins nahe Ausland)
  • Pflege der Stammdaten in den Lagerverwaltungssystemen sowie Qualitätssicherung eingehender Ersatzteile vor der Einlagerung
  • Optimierung des Ersatzteil- und Verbrauchsmaterialinventars hinsichtlich Kosten und Verfügbarkeit
  • Pflege der Schnittstellen zu internen und externen Dienstleistern
  • Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutzvorschriften

Wir erwarten ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im elektrisch-mechanischen Bereich, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Instandhaltung (z.B. Polymechaniker, technischer Monteur)
  • Erfahrung in der Ersatzteillogistik und Lagerhaltung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bestellungsabwicklungssystemen (SAP, Ariba) und soliden Anwenderkenntnissen in MS Office, ERP- und MES-Systemen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B1) in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zu ungeplanten, kurzfristigen Einsätzen außerhalb der geregelten Arbeitszeiten (kein Pikett)
  • Führerschein der Klasse B und eigenes Auto
