Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Landmaschinenmechaniker, Polymechaniker, Produktionsmechaniker oder vergleichbaren Vorkenntnissen, vorteilsweise mit Pneumatik und Hydraulikkenntnissen
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im industriellen Unterhalt und der Instandhaltung von Produktionsanlagen (mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung)
  • Weiterbildung zum Instandhaltungsfachmann ist ein Plus
  • Erfahrung in der Störungsanalyse und -behebung
  • Analytische Denkweise, Kenntnisse auch Elektroschemata zu analysieren und lesen
  • NIV 15 ist ein Plus
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Englisch- und/oder Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • MS Office und ERP-Kenntnisse (SAP)
  • Belastbar, pünktlich
  • Hohes Qualitätsdenken

Aufgaben:

  • Fachgerechte Störungsbehebung, Unterhalt und Wartung der Produktionsanlagen sowie der Hausinstallationen
  • Sicherstellung und aktive Steigerung der Prozesssicherheit aller Anlagen und Betriebseinrichtungen sowie deren technischer Verfügbarkeit
  • Mitarbeit bei Anlagen- und Prozessoptimierungen
  • Konsequente Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften sowie Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Betrieb
  • Ersatzteilmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team
