**Hintergrund:** Die Organisation "Operations \& Maintain Assets" ist am Standort Basel und Kaiseraugst für die Sicherstellung des Gebäudebetriebs sowie die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen im Instandhaltungsbereich zuständig. Der Kreis Technical Solutions und Maintenance bietet beste technische Lösungen und Werkstatt- Dienstleistungen. Wir suchen einen Maintenance Specialist (Instandhaltungsmechaniker) (w/m) im Bereich \<\\> für den Standort Basel/Kaiseraugst. Der Arbeitsort befindet sich in Basel, vereinzelte Arbeitseinsätze in Kaiseraugst können möglich sein. Als Maintenance Specialist (Instandhaltungsmechaniker) (w/m) bist du zuständig für: ● Störungsbehebungen, Instandhaltungen und Umbauten an Produktionsanlagen (Regel-, Membra-, Begasungs- und Bodenventile) ● Gleitringdichtungen: Montage / Demontage / Schadenanalyse ● Wartung, Unterhalt und Störungsbehebungen an Vakuumpumpen in Labor und Produktion ● Wartung und Unterhalt von Sicherheitsventilen und Berstscheiben ● Betreiben von Werkzeugausgabe inkl. Bestellungsabwicklung Dein Fachwissen ermächtigt dich, in deinem Kompetenzbereich eigenverantwortlich Entscheidungen zu treffen und mit deiner Leistung zu begeistern. Dein proaktives Einbringen von neuen Konzepten und deine kooperative Mitarbeit trägt zum \<\\> Gedanken bei.

**Aufgaben \& Verantwortlichkeiten:**

* Kundenbetreuung * Ersatzteilmanagement im Aufgabengebiet * Unterstützung Engineering mit Know How * Montage- und Demontagearbeiten * Störungsbehebung * Fachmännische Durchführung von Arbeiten im Gewerk * Störungsbehebung, Revisionen, Instandhaltungen und Wartung ausführen * GMP gerechte Dokumentation von Tätigkeiten * Begleitung Neu- und Umbauprojekten * Erstellen und ausarbeiten von internen Angeboten * Ausführen von Tätigkeiten in sterilen Bereichen Zonen A-D * Service, Material und Ersatzteil Bestellung * Arbeiten nach SGU Vorschriften * Vollmachten Gemäss PST Unterschriftenregelung * Einhalten und unterstützen der Roche Werte gemäss PS Operating Model * Eigenverantwortliche Abarbeitung der Schulungsobjekte in Cornerstone

**Must Haves:**

* Weiterbildung als Instandhaltungsfachperson * Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Mechanik (z.B. Mechaniker, Polymechaniker, Instandhaltungsmechaniker) * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung * Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift B2
