Institutionsleiter/in 80 – 100 % Das Alters\- und Pflegeheim Am Bach in 4563 Gerlafingen ist ein familiär geführtes Alters\- und Pflegeheim mit 65 Zimmern für Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner und beschäftigt rund 90 Mitarbeitende. Dem Heim ist ein öffentliches Restaurant mit rund 40 Plätzen angegliedert. Infolge Pensionierung des bisherigen Heimleiters suchen wir per 1\. März 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Institutionsleiter/in 80 – 100 % Ihre Aufgaben Sie leben und vermitteln achtsame Werte und treten als präsente/r Gastgeber/in mit ausgeprägter Freude am Umgang mit Menschen auf. Als Institutionsleiter/in setzen Sie die strategischen Ziele des Stiftungsrates um und tragen die operative Gesamtverantwortung für den Betrieb. Sie führen den Betrieb in finanzieller, personeller und administrativer Hinsicht und übernehmen die Verantwortung für das Rechnungswesen. Sie erstellen und verantworten das Betriebs\- und Investitionsbudget sowie den Jahresabschluss. Im Bewohnerbereich sind Sie zuständig für die Aufnahme neuer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner. Ihr Profil Sie sind eine initiative, selbstständige, flexible und kommunikative Persönlichkeit. Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Erfahrung im Alters\- und Pflegeheimbereich sowie über ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung. Sie sind belastbar, offen für Neues und motiviert, den Betrieb aktiv und zukunftsorientiert weiterzuentwickeln. Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss als Institutionsleiter/in oder eine vergleichbare Kaderausbildung sowie über eine Weiterbildung im betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich. Aufgrund der Verantwortung der Funktion richtet sich diese Stelle insbesondere an Persönlichkeiten mit langjähriger Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung.
