Die zumsy ag betreibt mit dem zumsy Birgli in Brienz und der zumsy Rosenau in Matten bei Interlaken zwei regional stark verankerte Alterswohnheime und ein Wohnen mit Dienstleistungen. Rund 150 Mitarbeitende engagieren sich rund um die Uhr für eine hohe Lebensqualität, eine professionelle Pflege und Betreuung sowie ein selbstbestimmtes Wohnen im Alter.

Im Zuge der Neuausrichtung unserer Führungs\- und Organisationsstruktur suchen wir per 1\. Mai 2027 eine erfahrene und engagierte Persönlichkeit als

Das tun Sie

  • Operative Gesamtführung der zumsy ag sowie Führung der Mitglieder der Geschäftsleitung
  • Einführung und Verankerung der neuen Führungs\- und Organisationsstruktur mit den drei Bereichen Pflege und Betreuung, Hotellerie/Infrastruktur und Zentrale Dienste
  • Stärkung der standortübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und Förderung einer verbindlichen und leistungsfähigen Führungskultur
  • Umsetzung der strategischen Vorgaben des Verwaltungsrats und Steuerung zentraler organisationsübergreifender Vorhaben
  • Verantwortung für die Zentralen Dienste mit den Schwerpunkten Finanzen und Controlling, Personal, Administration, Prozesse und Digitalisierung
  • Vertretung der zumsy ag gegenüber Behörden, Partnerorganisationen und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Hochschul\- oder Fachhochschulabschluss in einem betriebswirtschaftlichen, gesundheitsbezogenen, sozialen oder vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Führungs\- und Leitungserfahrung auf oberer Managementstufe, vorzugsweise im Gesundheits\- oder Sozialwesen
  • Sehr gutes betriebswirtschaftliches und finanztechnisches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung in der Steuerung einer komplexen Organisation
  • Ausgewiesene Erfahrung in Organisationsentwicklung, Veränderungsprozessen und der Umsetzung neuer Führungs\- und Organisationsstrukturen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Verwaltungsrat, Behörden und weiteren externen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Integrative, integre und belastbare Führungspersönlichkeit mit Entscheidungsstärke, motivierender und wertschätzender Kommunikation sowie hoher Umsetzungsorientierung

  • Eine vielseitige und sinnstiftende Führungsaufgabe an der Schnittstelle von Pflege und Betreuung, Führung, Organisation und Betriebswirtschaft
  • Zwei traditionsreiche, regional gut verankerte Häuser mit engagierten Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden
  • Eine enge und partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verwaltungsrat
