Unsere Auftraggeberin amitola ist eine gemeinnützige Institution in Neuendorf (SO) ( ). Über 40 Mitarbeitende engagieren sich für Kinder und Jugendliche im Alter zwischen 0 – 18 Jahren. Für die Gründerin und langjährige Institutionsleiterin suchen wir im Sinne einer Nachfolgeregelung eine:n Institutionsleiter:in.

Ihre zukünftige Funktion und Rolle

Als Institutionsleiter: in übernehmen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für die Institution von amitola.

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Institution in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Psychologischen Leitung
  • Führung der Administration (HR / Finanzen / Fundraising) und Hausdienste (Küche / Abwart / Reinigung)
  • Koordination der Ausbildung und Qualität
  • Ansprechperson für die Behörden, Fachstellen und weitere Partner
  • Sicherstellung der Weiterentwicklung und Qualitätsstandards

Unsere Erwartungen

Für diese anspruchsvolle Aufgabe verfügen Sie über einen pädagogischen / sozialpädagogischen Hintergrund und idealerweise eine bereits abgeschlossene Ausbildung als eidg. Dipl. Heimleiter:in. Kinder und Jugendliche liegen Ihnen in besonderem Masse am Herzen.

  • Pädagogische Grundausbildung und eine Weiterbildung als pädagogische Gruppen\- oder Institutionsleiter:in
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische und betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Unternehmerisches und vernetztes Denken
  • Perfekte Deutschkenntnisse
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Team\- und Entscheidungsfähigkeiten
  • Sie sind herzlich, empathisch und sehr zuverlässig
  • Eine hohe Resilienz und persönliche Stabilität
