Das Werkheim Neuschwende ist eine sozialtherapeutische Institution, die 33 erwachsenen Menschen, vorwiegend mit kognitiver Beeinträchtigung, Wohn- und Arbeitsplätze anbietet. Die Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner, welche in verschiedenen Wohngruppen und -formen leben und arbeiten, stehen bei uns im Mittelpunkt. 

Das Werkheim Neuschwende liegt in Blickweite von Trogen im schönen Appenzellerland.

Die sozialtherapeutische Arbeit und die Zusammenarbeit der Mitarbeitenden orientieren sich an den Grundlagen des anthroposophischen Menschenverständnisses.

Infolge Pensionierung suchen wir per Herbst 2027 eine Persönlichkeit mit viel Herz, Weitblick und Leidenschaft, die mit uns nachhaltige Wirkung entfalten möchte

Institutionsleitung mit 80% bis 100%

Zu ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Operative Führung und Weiterentwicklung der gesamten Institution sowie deren Repräsentation nach innen und aussen
  • Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Vertrauensvolle Ansprechperson für Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner und deren Angehörigen
  • Gewährleistung einer fachlich fundierten und qualitativ hochwertigen Leistungserbringung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Verbänden, kantonalen Stellen und dem Vorstand
  • Pflege der Beziehungen zu Gemeinden, Nachbarschaft und relevanten NetzwerkpartnerInnen
  • Kollegiale Zusammenarbeit mit dem Stellvertreter und Finanzverantwortlichen

Sie bringen mit:

  • eine Persönlichkeit mit Ausstrahlung und Präsenz, die Menschen begeistern und inspirieren kann
  • eine Ausbildung in Heilpädagogik, Sozialtherapie oder Sozialpädagogik 
  • fundierten Bezug zum anthroposophischen Menschenverständnis oder die Bereitschaft, sich damit auseinanderzusetzen
  • Engagement für die Teilhabe, Inklusion und Selbstbestimmung von Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf
  • Erfahrung in Führung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Fortbildung in Institutionsleitung oder die Bereitschaft, eine solche zu absolvieren
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz und Selbstwirksamkeit 
  • positives Menschenbild und Freude, gemeinsam mit den rund 60 Mitarbeitenden Wertvolles zu bewirken und die Institution weiterzuentwickeln.
