Ton rôle

Tu assures la formation et l'accompagnement des futurs conducteurs et conductrices et contribues activement au maintien d'un haut niveau de sécurité et de qualité à la conduite au sein de notre exploitation. Tu transmets tes connaissances, accompagnes les nouveaux collaborateurs durant leur intégration et participes au développement continu des processus de formation.

Tes tâches

* Former et accompagner les aspirants conducteurs durant leur parcours de formation.

* Piloter le projet de développement de l'auto\-école interne.

* Dispenser les formations pratiques pour l'obtention du permis catégorie D.

* Dispenser les formations théoriques et pratiques pour l'obtention du permis de conduire trolleybus.

* Réaliser les tests de conduite et les évaluations des candidats.

* Organiser des formations complémentaires suite aux accidents, incidents ou retours d'expérience.

* Assurer la formation continue des conducteurs.

* Participer à l'amélioration et au développement des processus de formation.

* Élaborer et actualiser les supports pédagogiques en collaboration avec le service technique.

* Conseiller les collaborateurs sur les questions relatives à la circulation et à l'exploitation.

* Assurer ponctuellement des services de conduite.

* Rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation de formation en français et en allemand.

* Développer et entretenir les relations avec les organismes de formation et les entreprises partenaires.

Ton profil

* Tu possèdes un diplôme de moniteur de conduite \- catégorie D, ou tu es en passe de l'obtenir.

* Expérience professionnelle dans la formation de conducteurs / trices de bus et idéalement dans la formation d'adultes.

* Personne fiable, engagée, flexible, responsable et dotée d'un bon sens pédagogique.

* Leadership naturel et excellentes capacités de communication.

* Patience et capacité à accompagner des adultes en formation.

* Esprit d'équipe.

* Organisation et autonomie.

* Bonnes connaissances du français et de l'allemand.
