En juillet 2026, LS Instruments est devenue partie de Postnova Analytics GmbH, marquant le début d'un nouveau chapitre pour notre entreprise. Nous avons récemment obtenu un contrat pour développer un instrument modulaire de diffusion de la lumière pour l'industrie aérospatiale.

Dans ce contexte, nous agrandissons notre équipe et recherchons un renfort. Nous recherchons une personne dynamique pour nous rejoindre en tant qu'Ingénieur Développement d'Instruments afin de prendre en charge l'ingénierie mécanique, thermique et électronique de nos instruments scientifiques, en commençant par le projet d'instrumentation spatiale et en poursuivant avec notre gamme de produits commerciaux.

Votre mission ###

  • Conception mécanique et optomécanique d'instruments scientifiques : agencements de bancs optiques, supports cinématiques, mécanismes de positionnement d'échantillons, boîtiers structurels
  • Analyse thermique et conception de systèmes de contrôle de température, y compris la régulation thermoélectrique (Peltier) pour des environnements d'échantillons nécessitant une stabilité sub-degré
  • Définition de l'architecture électronique : distribution d'énergie, routage des signaux, agencements de connecteurs et câblage pour des instruments combinant lasers, détecteurs et informatique embarquée
  • Budgets de ressources (masse, puissance, dissipation thermique) et contenu technique pour la documentation et les spécifications au niveau système
  • Prototypage, tests et itération de conception du matériel en étroite collaboration avec les équipes optique et logiciel

Votre profil ###

  • Diplôme supérieur (Master ou Doctorat) en génie mécanique, mécatronique, physique, optique ou discipline proche
  • Travail autonome dans une petite équipe pluridisciplinaire
  • Autonome et proactif dans la réalisation des tâches assignées selon les objectifs de l'entreprise
  • Maîtrise de la CAO paramétrique 3D (SolidWorks) pour les assemblages mécaniques de précision et la conception de mécanismes
  • Analyse thermique de systèmes à l'échelle instrumentale : modélisation en régime permanent et transitoire, conception de contrôle de température TEC/Peltier
  • Expérience préalable en instrumentation scientifique, équipements de laboratoire ou développement d'appareils analytiques
  • Compréhension de l'intégration des sous-systèmes optiques, mécaniques et électroniques dans un instrument fonctionnel
  • Bon niveau d'anglais écrit et parlé
  • Citoyenneté suisse/UE ou permis de travail valide pour la Suisse

Une expérience dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants est un atout : ###

  • Conception électronique (distribution d'énergie, routage PCB, conditionnement de signal à faible bruit)
  • Simulation FEM (structurelle ou thermique)
  • Optique, photonique ou systèmes de mesure laser
  • Normes d'ingénierie spatiale (ECSS) ou processus de qualification aérospatiale
  • Prototypage pratique (impression 3D, CNC, soudure, assemblage en laboratoire)
  • Bon niveau d'anglais écrit et parlé
