Afin de renforcer ses équipes instrumentistes et d'accompagner le développement de son activité opératoire sur Lausanne, nous sommes mandatés en exclusivité pour rechercher leur futur·e : Instrumentiste / Infirmier·ère \\- TSO/IDDO/IBODE (80\\-100%) ------------------------------------------------------------- ### Au coeur du bloc opératoire, là où chaque geste compte Vos responsabilités -------------------- Au sein du bloc opératoire, vous prenez en charge la préparation, la gestion et la transmission du matériel chirurgical en garantissant stérilité, traçabilité et sécurité à chaque étape de l'intervention. Vous assurez le rôle d'instrumentiste dans différentes spécialités chirurgicales (gynécologie/obstétrique, urologie, chirurgie cardio\\-vasculaire, chirurgie viscérale, chirurgie robotique, chirurgie bariatrique, neurochirurgie, chirurgie plastique et reconstructive ou thoracique) en vous adaptant aux exigences spécifiques de chaque intervention et de chaque chirurgien. Vous veillez à la bonne organisation et à la disponibilité des dispositifs médicaux stériles en salle opératoire, dans le respect rigoureux des protocoles d'asepsie, d'hygiène et de sécurité en vigueur. Vous collaborez étroitement avec l'ensemble de l'équipe opératoire et contribuez activement à la fluidité du parcours patient au bloc. Votre profil ------------ Titulaire d'une formation de TSO, ou d'un diplôme d'infirmier·ère avec une spécialisation en bloc opératoire, ou titre jugé équivalent en Suisse (IDDO / IBODE, reconnaissance de la Croix\\-Rouge suisse en cas de diplôme étranger), vous êtes en chirurgie complexe et justifiez d'une expérience confirmée en salle d'opération, idéalement en contexte multi\\-spécialités. Vous maîtrisez l'instrumentation chirurgicale, la gestion des dispositifs médicaux stériles et la préparation du matériel de salle opératoire, avec une excellente connaissance des protocoles d'asepsie, d'hygiène et de sécurité. Rigoureux·se, fiable et doté·e d'une bonne résistance au stress, vous savez évoluer avec précision et calme dans les situations les plus exigeantes. Votre esprit d'équipe, votre sens des responsabilités et votre orientation qualité \\\& sécurité patient font de vous un·e collaborateur·rice de confiance.
