Du findest kreative Lösungen, knüpfst Kontakte zu Ausbildungsbetrieben und Arbeitgebern und hilfst mit deinem Einsatz, Perspektiven zu schaffen. Dokumentation, Berichte und administrative Aufgaben gehören bei dir genauso dazu wie der direkte Kontakt mit Menschen. Das bringst du mit Du bist eine kommunikationsstarke Fachperson mit Adlerblick für Details und einem Herz am rechten Fleck. Du arbeitest gerne selbständig, denkst vernetzt und bleibst auch dann ruhig, wenn's mal turbulent wird. Du hast Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Ideen einzubringen und Dinge aktiv mitzugestalten. Du hast eine solide Aus\- oder Weiterbildung in Coaching, Sozialer Arbeit, Arbeitsagogik oder adäquat. MS\-Office? Ist für dich kein Problem. Du hast einen Führerausweis der Kategorie B und findest den Weg zu unseren Einsatzorten (mit oder ohne Navi).
