The posting

Der Verein Horizonte in Thalwil setzt sich seit über 35 Jahren mit verschiedenen Angeboten im Wohn- und Arbeitsbereich für die soziale und berufliche Wiederintegration von Menschen mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung ein.

Für die Horizonte Arbeitsintegration suchen wir per Mitte Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Integrationsberater:in 80 % (w/m/d) ##

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung und Beratung von Menschen mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung im Rahmen des Wiedereingliederungsprozesses vom Assessment bis zur Stellensuche und Nachbetreuung (selbstständige Fallführung)
  • Durchführung von Aufbau- und Arbeitstrainings, Arbeitsversuchen, Arbeitsvermittlungen und Coachings im Auftrag der SVA sowie von Sozialämtern
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Unterstützungs-Netzwerk (Therapeut:innen, Ärzt:innen etc.)
  • Dokumentation des Eingliederungsprozesses, Berichtwesen zu Handen zuweisender Stellen und weitere administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Leiten des Kompetenztrainings

Sie bringen mit:

  • Abschluss (BSc oder MAS) im psychologischen oder sozialen Bereich oder mehrjährige Berufspraxis mit Weiterbildung in Jobcoaching oder Supported Employment
  • Erfahrung im lösungsorientierten Coaching von Menschen in schwierigen Lebenssituationen bzw. mit psychischer oder Mehrfachproblematik
  • Erfahrung in der Fallführung zwingend
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der freien Wirtschaft, gute Kenntnisse der Anforderungen des Arbeitsmarktes, Verhandlungsgeschick und Freude an der Akquisition von angepassten Arbeitsplätzen
  • Regionales Arbeitgeber-Netzwerk von Vorteil
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe, hohe Belastbarkeit sowie Flexibilität, Empathie und Humor
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Office-Programme sowie Freude an administrativen Tätigkeiten
