Integrationscoach MNA 80 % in Zürich Uster (m/w/d)

Caritas Schweiz führt seit März 2024 im Auftrag des kantonalen Sozialamts (KSA) an aktuell vier Standorten im Kanton Zürich Asylzentren für Familien, Einzelpersonen und unbegleitete Minderjährige (MNA). Als Integrationscoach MNA koordinieren Sie die soziale, schulische und berufliche Integration der unbegleiteten minderjährigen Asylsuchenden im MNA\-Zentrum in Uster.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Dokumentation von Assessments bzw. Standortbestimmungen, insbesondere Kurzassessment IAS «Ergebnisse der Potenzialabklärung» für alle MNAs
  • Anmeldungen bei Integrationsmassnahmen des IAZH\-Katalogs
  • Organisation von schulischen und beruflichen Anschlusslösungen
  • Dokumentation der Gespräche, geplanten und umgesetzten Massnahmen
  • Quartalsweise Bearbeitung der Lebensbereiche berufliche und schulische Integration in enger Zusammenarbeit mit sozialpädagogischer Bezugsperson
  • Gesprächsdokumentation zu Integrationsthemen
  • Verantwortung Berufliche Integration: Abklärungen, Zusammenarbeit mit Fachstellen und Unterstützung bei der Lehrstellensuche
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Institutionen und Behörden, um integrationsspezifische Themen zu besprechen
  • Reporting nach Vorgaben der Fachstelle Integration
  • Vorbereitung der integrationsrelevanten Informationen für die Austrittsphase
  • Austausch mit Schulen, Beiständinnen und Fachpersonen (Teilnahme an Standortgesprächen)

Unsere Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Soziale Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Berufs\-, Bildungs\- oder Laufbahnberatung, Pädagogik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Weiterbildung in Case\-Management und/oder zu Integrationsthemen von Vorteil * Gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Bildungs\- und Berufsbildungssystems, insbesondere der verschiedenen Bildungswege und Anschlusslösungen * Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung, davon mindestens zwei im Betreuungsbereich * Freude an der Arbeit mit unbegleiteten minderjährigen Asylsuchenden (MNA) und Verständnis für deren besondere Lebenssituation * Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Anwendung des Sozialhilfegesetzes * Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute mündliche Kenntnisse einer weiteren Landessprache und/oder Englisch und/oder einer Asylsprache * Informatikkenntnisse idealerweise mit Fallführungssoftware Tutoris * Einwandfreier Sonderprivatauszug aus dem Strafregister bzw. Bereitschaft, diesen vor Stellenantritt einzureichen Arbeitsort: Kanton Zürich (Uster) Arbeitsbeginn: Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung
