About Our Client ##

Unser Kunde ist ein etabliertes, international ausgerichtetes Unternehmen mit einem modernen Finanzbereich und hoher Veränderungsdynamik. Für eine zunächst auf sechs Monate befristete Interim-Lösung mit raschem Start wird eine engagierte Fachperson gesucht, mit der Option auf eine langfristige Festanstellung.

Job Description ##

  • Verantwortung für die Debitorenbuchhaltung und das Forderungsmanagement
  • Überwachung offener Posten sowie Durchführung des Mahnwesens
  • Sicherstellung korrekter und termingerechter Buchungen
  • Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Automatisierung von Finanzprozessen
  • Unterstützung bei Systemanpassungen und zukünftigen ABACUS-Projekten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern in Deutsch und Englisch

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Weiterbildung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Fundierte Anwenderkenntnisse in ABACUS zwingend erforderlich
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung in Prozessoptimierungen, Digitalisierung oder ERP-Projekten von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Verfügbarkeit für einen kurzfristigen Start
