InterRAI Fachverantwortliche:r Pflege 40 % Die VIVIVA Baar AG ist ein gemeinnütziges Alterszentrum mit rund 220 Mitarbeitenden an zwei zentralen Standorten in Baar. Zur Verstärkung unseres Pflegeteams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit. In dieser neu geschaffenen Funktion übernimmst du die fachliche Verantwortung für das interRAI LTCF System in unseren Häusern und trägst wesentlich zur Sicherung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Pflegequalität bei. Deine Aufgaben Du bist die interne fachliche Ansprechperson für das interRAI LTCF System in einem unserer Häuser. Du stellst sicher, dass Assessments vollständig, korrekt und termingerecht durchgeführt werden Du überprüfst die Qualität der Kodierung sowie die Plausibilität zwischen Assessment, Pflegeplanung und Pflegedokumentation Du begleitest und unterstützt die RAI Supervisor:innen und Pflegekoordinator:innen in fachlichen Fragestellungen Du erkennst Schulungsbedarf und führst interne Schulungen sowie Coachings durch Du führst regelmässige Qualitätskontrollen durch und leitest Verbesserungsmassnahmen ein Du arbeitest eng mit dem Fachsupport Pflege zusammen und unterstützt die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität Du bist Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende bei Fragen rund um interRAI LTCF Das bringst du mit Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als RAI Expert:in interRAI LTCF oder fundierte Erfahrung in der Anwendung des Systems Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse im interRAI LTCF System Erfahrung in der Kodierung und Beurteilung von Assessments Freude daran, Mitarbeitende fachlich zu begleiten, zu coachen und Wissen zu vermitteln Analytische, strukturierte und qualitätsorientierte Arbeitsweise Gute IT\-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit elektronischen Pflegedokumentationssystemen Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit Das erwartet dich bei uns Eine neu geschaffene Fachfunktion mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum und hoher Eigenverantwortung Die Möglichkeit, die Pflegequalität aktiv weiterzuentwickeln und nachhaltig zu prägen Kurze Entscheidungswege und eine offene, wertschätzende Unternehmenskultur Ein motiviertes Team mit hoher Fachkompetenz und gegenseitiger Unterstützung Zeitgemässe Anstellungsbedingungen, flexible Jahresarbeitszeit sowie bis zu sechs Wochen Ferien Ein moderner Arbeitsplatz an zentraler Lage in Baar im Friendly Work Space zertifizierten Umfeld Passt das zu dir?
