Ihre Aufgaben -----------------

  • Durchführung von Abklärungen mit Dritt\- und Korrespondenzbanken über das Swift\-Netzwerk
  • Bearbeitung und Koordination von Zahlungsrückforderungen
  • Durchführung des Safewatch\-Monitorings im 1st Level sowie Bearbeitung entsprechender Treffer
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs aller Zahlungsverkehr relevanten Systeme
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten und Systemtests zur Implementierung von neuen oder verbesserten Applikationen, Automatisierungen, Digitalisierungen und Prozessoptimierung
  • Aktualisieren von Weisungen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Prozessen

Ihr Profil --------------

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und bringen bereits Erfahrung im Bereich Banking Operation und Back Office mit. Sie verfügen über ein sicheres Auftreten sowie ein gesundes Durchsetzungsvermögen und arbeiten gerne im Team. Ihre exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie kundenorientiertes und verantwortungsvolles Denken und Handeln. Nebst Ihrer deutschen Muttersprache können Sie sich auch Französisch und/oder Englisch gut verständigen.
