Investment Funds Operations Specialist 100% A propos du rôle En tant que Spécialiste Opérations Fonds d'Investissement, vous assurez le traitement et le suivi complet des ordres sur fonds de placement pour l'ensemble du groupe. Vous intervenez au centre des activités opérationnelles dans un cadre très rythmé. Vous agissez comme le lien opérationnel central entre la banque, les conseillers clientèle et les administrateurs de fonds à travers le monde. Tâches Ce rôle consiste à piloter le traitement, le suivi et la comptabilisation des commandes de fonds d'investissement pour les clients de la banque à l'échelle mondiale. Traiter les ordres de souscription, rachat et échange pour les fonds traditionnels et complexes (Hedge Funds, Private Equity). Gérer le carnet d'ordres et assurer le suivi de l'exécution jusqu'à l'enregistrement dans le système bancaire. Contrôler et régulariser les opérations en attente ainsi que les flux de trésorerie associés. Interagir quotidiennement avec les administrateurs de fonds et les courtiers externes. Effectuer les revues KYC et l'ouverture de comptes dédiés aux fonds. Offrir un support opérationnel Middle Office aux entités du groupe et aux conseillers clientèle. Nous cherchons CFC Bancaire, Employé de commerce avec option banque, ou Bachelor HES/Universitaire en Finance Expérience avec des fonds complexes : Private Equity et Hedge Funds Maîtrise des outils de routage d'ordres et de messagerie financière tels que GTMatch, GTExchange et SWIFT. Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais à l'oral comme à l'écrit. Solides compétences sur Excel pour le suivi opérationnel.
