Die professionelle Betreuung der Kundenbeziehungen ist für die CONCORDIA von zentraler Bedeutung. Dafür haben wir ein topmodernes CRM von BSI im Einsatz. Für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb der CRM-Lösung suchen wir dich.

Das erwartet dich ###

  • In der Rolle als IT Application Manager CRM arbeitest du in einem agilen Setup und trägst technische Verantwortung.
  • Du stellst mit deinen Teamkolleginnen und -kollegen den Betrieb, die Wartung und Weiterentwicklung der CRM-Lösung auf einer modernen OpenShift-Plattform sicher.
  • Betreuung der Anwendungslandschaft rund um die CRM-Lösung, inklusive der dazugehörigen Schnittstellen.
  • Du bist verantwortlich dafür, dass die bereitgestellten Funktionalitäten im Betrieb reibungslos und performant arbeiten und setzt bei Bedarf entsprechende Verbesserungen um. Dabei hast du eine aktive Rolle beim Deployment, dem Betrieb und in der Fehleranalyse.
  • Für die Weiterentwicklung der hochkonfigurierbaren BSI-CRM-Lösung analysierst du neue Anforderungen in Abstimmung mit der Business Analyse und erstellst die technische Spezifikation. Die konfigurierbaren Anforderungen setzt du anschliessend selbständig um, weitergehende Anpassungen beauftragst du beim Lieferanten.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Owner erstellst du die Anwendungs-Roadmap und lieferst in die CONCORDIA-Releases ein, unter Berücksichtigung aller erforderlichen Qualitätsmerkmale.
  • Du entwickelst ein Verständnis für End-2-End-Prozesse und kannst dadurch das Business bezüglich Optimierungen und Verbesserungen beraten.

Das bringst du mit ###

  • Fundierte Ausbildung im Bereich der Informatik mit Tertiärabschluss (HF, FH oder Uni) oder vergleichbarer Berufserfahrung.
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und kommunikativ.
  • Du bringst ein agiles Mindset mit. Lebenslanges Lernen, Offenheit gegenüber Neuem sowie ein positives und lösungsorientiertes Denken - das bist du.
  • Praktische Erfahrungen in agilen Arbeitsweisen runden dein Profil ab.
  • Programmierkenntnisse in Java oder .NET und Erfahrungen in Web- und Container-Technologien mit k8s oder OpenShift sind von Vorteil.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Konzernsprache). Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
