Description du poste ##

Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients situé dans le canton de Vaud un(e) IT Business Analyst / Product Owner afin de renforcer son équipe IT et d'accompagner le développement et l'évolution de ses solutions applicatives.

Vos responsabilités :

Analyse des besoins & gestion fonctionnelle

  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins des différentes équipes métiers
  • Challenger les demandes afin d'identifier les solutions les plus pertinentes
  • Traduire les besoins en exigences fonctionnelles et user stories
  • Structurer et documenter les processus métiers
  • Assurer le rôle de référent fonctionnel sur les solutions dont vous avez la responsabilité
  • Gérer, prioriser et faire évoluer le backlog en fonction des besoins et des priorités de l'entreprise
  • Contribuer à la définition et au suivi de la roadmap des solutions

Gestion de projets IT

  • Piloter des projets d'évolution et de déploiement de solutions applicatives
  • Définir les différentes étapes, priorités et ressources nécessaires
  • Coordonner les équipes métiers, techniques et les éventuels partenaires externes
  • Assurer le suivi des développements et des intégrations
  • Suivre les délais, les risques et la qualité des livrables
  • Communiquer régulièrement avec les différentes parties prenantes sur l'avancement des projets

Tests & accompagnement des utilisateurs

  • Préparer et réaliser les tests fonctionnels et UAT
  • Valider les nouvelles fonctionnalités avant leur mise en production
  • Identifier et suivre les éventuelles corrections nécessaires
  • Participer à la documentation des solutions et processus
  • Accompagner et former les utilisateurs lors des déploiements
  • Recueillir les retours utilisateurs et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des solutions

Votre profil :

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction de Business Analyst, Product Owner, IT Project Manager ou dans un rôle hybride similaire
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets et de solutions applicatives
  • Bonne compréhension des systèmes d'information et des environnements IT
  • Bonne connaissance des problématiques d'API, d'interfaces et d'intégration entre différentes applications
  • Expérience dans la rédaction de besoins fonctionnels, user stories et gestion de backlog
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies et outils de gestion de projet
  • Capacité à comprendre les enjeux métiers et à les traduire auprès d'interlocuteurs techniques
  • Aisance dans la collaboration avec des développeurs, utilisateurs métiers et partenaires externes
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de communication et de synthèse
  • Autonomie, rigueur, proactivité et orientation solutions
