Sie bilden die Schnittstelle zwischen der Rheinmetall IT und den Fachbereichen der Business Units innerhalb der Rheinmetall Division Air Defence, verstehen deren Geschäftsstrategien, Prozesse und Prioritäten und vertreten die Interessen des Business innerhalb der IT.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört unter anderem:

  • Abstimmung von strategischen und fachlichen IT-Bedarfen der Business Organisation mit der IT-Servicestrategie und Steuerung der IT Demand Pipeline
  • Beratung der betreuten Fachbereiche in Bezug auf Investitionsbedarfe in IT im Rahmen der Budgetierungsprozesse sowie zur Entwicklung von IT-Kapazitäten
  • Berichterstattung über Kennzahlen zu Leistung, Qualität und Wertbeitrag von IT-Services gemeinsam mit IT Service Delivery Management und IT Service Ownern
  • Kommunikation zu veränderten Leistungsangebote der IT, Koordination von IT-bezogenen Eskalationen aus dem Business und Überwachung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung einer vertrauensvollen Zusammenarbeit mit Ansprechpartnern auf allen Hierarchiestufen der Business Organisation

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft mit IT-Schwerpunkt oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Einschlägige Erfahrung in einer Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachbereich und IT, idealerweise im IT Demand Management, Business Relationship Management oder IT-Consulting
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse über ganzheitliche Geschäftsprozessketten und deren Abbildung in IT-Landschaften
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Performance-Kennzahlen und Reporting
  • Kenntnisse in IT-Service-Management-, Governance- und Projektmanagement-Methoden
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen (ca. 25%)
