Arbeitsort: Leibstadt Pensum: 100 % Aufgaben: Du nimmst IT-Anforderungen, Service-Bedürfnisse, Innovationen und strategische Vorhaben auf, bewertest und steuerst sie und entwickelst den internen Demand-Prozess sowie verwandte Bereiche wie Service Request und Portfolio Management weiter. Du führst Bedarfsanalysen mit Fokus auf Wirtschaftlichkeit und strategischen Nutzen durch, erstellst Business Cases und Nutzwertanalysen, erfasst Arbeitsprozesse und erstellst Aktivitäts- und Kontextdiagramme. Du dokumentierst transparent im ITSM- und DMS-System, betreibst regelmässiges Management-Reporting, übergibst genehmigte Anforderungen an die IT-Dienstleister und koordinierst sie, überwachst Service Levels und identifizierst Optimierungspotenzial durch die Analyse wiederkehrender Anfragen. In Abstimmungsgremien mit dem IT-Dienstleister vertrittst du die Interessen des Unternehmens. Profil: Hochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Business Analysis oder eine vergleichbare technische bzw. betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung. Nachweisliche Erfahrung in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering oder Demand-/IT-Service-Management, ITIL-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit ITSM-Systemen sowie in der Anwendung von BPMN und UML. Aktuelles Technologieverständnis in IT-Infrastruktur, Cloud, Workplace, Security, Netzwerk sowie Data- und Software-Engineering. Analytische, kommunikative und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit, Deutsch als Muttersprache und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2), einwandfreier Leumund und Führerausweis Kat. B.
