Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Operative Mitarbeit bei Rollouts und der Einführung neuer Lösungen
  • Betreuung und Schulung von Endanwendern im digitalen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen im Bereich M365 sowie weiteren IT-Anwendungen
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerrechten und Standardkonfigurationen in M365
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten in festgelegten operativen Aufgabenbereichen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in M365, Teams, SharePoint und OneDrive
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ, vorzugsweise mit weiterführender Qualifikation
  • Praxiserfahrung im IT-Support auf 1st oder 2nd Level
  • Idealerweise vertraut mit Power Apps, Power Automate und Intune
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
