IT ist bei uns kein stiller Dienst, sondern ein aktiver Taktgeber im Unternehmen. Unser fünfköpfiges IT\-Team arbeitet als interner Dienstleister eng mit allen Bereichen zusammen und gestaltet aktiv mit, sowohl technisch, menschlich als auch organisatorisch. So stellt sie sicher, dass alle 143 Mitarbeitende reibungslos arbeiten können – und die SCS weiterhin erfolgreich Technologien im Dienste der Menschen entwickeln kann.

Deine Aufgaben

Wir suchen eine:n Senior Systemengineer:in mit Schwerpunkt Linux und Infrastruktur, die oder der unser IT\-Team ergänzt und leitet. Du überzeugst uns mit technischem Know\-how und Teamgeist. Deine Schwerpunkte liegen in folgenden Bereichen:

  • Technisch: Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Linux Server, Netzwerk und Virtualisierung
  • Organisatorisch: Mitgestaltung des ISMS
  • Strategisch: strategischen Planung der IT Infrastruktur

Was du mitbringst

Du kennst dich mit Linux und Ansible gut aus, hast aber keine Berührungsängste mit Windows. Auch die Verwaltung von Netzwerken und Virtualisierung mit Proxmox schrecken dich nicht ab. Du möchtest unserem IT\-Team in DevOps Manier mit gutem Beispiel vorangehen und dein Wissen und deine Erfahrung weitergeben. Du arbeitest im ISMS\-Team mit und hilfst die Prozesse und Richtlinien so zu gestalten, dass sie nicht zum Papiertiger, sondern zu einer sicheren und zweckmässige Arbeitswiese führen.

Technologisch ist dein Arbeitsalltag sehr abwechslungsreich und genau das macht dir Freude. Du kommst mit den verschiedensten Technologien in Berührung: OpenSearch. , Checkmk, OpenID Connect, Radius, Kerberos, OPNsense, WLan, Proxmox, Ansible, sowie PowerShell.
