Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Moderne Workplace- und Cloud-Lösungen für Kunden konzipieren, aufbauen und weiterentwickeln
  • Private-Cloud-VDI- und Multicloud-Umgebungen technisch implementieren und betreuen
  • Kundenanforderungen analysieren und daraus technische Standards sowie neue Lösungsansätze entwickeln
  • Technische Projektleitungen bei anspruchsvollen Infrastruktur- und Cloud-Projekten unterstützen
  • Kundenprojekte im Bereich Private Cloud, Multicloud und Modern Workplace selbständig umsetzen
  • Citrix-, Horizon- und Microsoft-basierte Workplace-Umgebungen administrieren und optimieren
  • Komplexe Störungen im 3rd-Level-Support analysieren und nachhaltig beheben
  • Bestehende Systemarchitekturen hinsichtlich Performance, Stabilität und Betrieb kontinuierlich verbessern

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik, beispielsweise Informatiker/in EFZ mit Fachrichtung Plattformentwicklung/Systemtechnik, dipl. Informatiker/in HF oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Cloud-, Workplace-, System- oder Infrastructure-Engineering
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Cloud-Desktop-Technologien wie Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops und VMware Horizon
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung, Backup-Technologien wie Veeam sowie Windows Server und Windows Client
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien sowie Microsoft 365 mit Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID und Defender
  • Erfahrung mit hybriden Infrastrukturen, Multicloud-Umgebungen und anspruchsvollen Kundenprojekten
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
  • Im Besitz des Führerausweises Kat. B
