In dieser Rolle führst du das Team Nuklear Infrastruktur und verantwortest den Betrieb der On-Premise-IT/OT-Infrastruktur. Deine Aufgaben: Du führst das Team Nuklear Infrastruktur. Du verantwortest den Betrieb der On-Premise-IT/OT-Infrastruktur: Rechenzentrum, Virtualisierungsinfrastruktur, Netzwerk und zugehörige IT-Services. Du integrierst herstellerseitig gelieferte OT- und OT-nahe Server- und Applikationsplattformen wie Produktions-IT, Siemenssysteme, Aveva PI oder Bently Nevada. Du gestaltest und entwickelst die IT/OT-Architektur, die Service-Landschaft sowie die IT-Standards und -Policies aktiv weiter. Du arbeitest eng mit den Experten aus Automation, Starkstrom und Maschinentechnik zusammen. Du analysierst Störungen, behebst sie nachhaltig und betreibst Fehlerprävention. Du arbeitest in IT/OT-Projekten mit und leitest IT-Infrastrukturprojekte eigenständig. Du evaluierst und führst neue Technologien ein und automatisierst und standardisierst Betriebsprozesse. Du stellst Configuration- und Changemanagement sicher und pflegst die Systemdokumentationen. Du bist Schnittstelle zu externen IT-Partnern. Dein Profil: IT-Studium oder höhere technische Ausbildung (TS, HF, FH) mit Schwerpunkt Informatik oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Teamführung Fundierte, mehrjährige Erfahrung in Industrie-IT- und OT-Umgebungen Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung (VMware, Nutanix), Windows Server, Backup/Recovery und Systemhärtung Kenntnisse im Netzwerkbereich (Firewall, Switch, WLAN, 5G SA) mit Erfahrung auf Palo Alto, Cisco, Nokia Breites technisches Verständnis über System-, Service- und Domänengrenzen hinweg Starkes Security-Mindset mit Fokus auf Verfügbarkeit, Resilienz und Schadensbegrenzung Erfahrung in dokumentations-, audit- und compliance-relevanten Umgebungen von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
