Unsere ICT ist ein zentraler Pfeiler des Universitäts\- Kinderspital beider Basel (UKBB). Werden Sie Teil unseres engagierten ICT\-Teams im Universitäts\- Kinderspital beider Basel (UKBB) und gewinnen Sie wertvolle Praxiserfahrungen in einem innovativen und dynamischen Umfeld.

Eintrittsdatum: per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung befristet für 12 Monate

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung im Onsite\-Support für unsere Mitarbeitenden
  • Mitarbeit im ICT Servicedesk (First\- \& Second\-Level\-Support)
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineering Team
  • Mitarbeit in laufenden ICT\-Projekten

Ihr Profil

  • Gutes technisches Verständnis im Bereich PC\-Hardware und \-Software (z. B. Peripheriegeräte wie Drucker, Scanner, etc.)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft\-Lösungen wie Windows 11 und Microsoft 365 Lösungen
  • Freude an strukturierter, selbstständiger Arbeit und organisatorisches Geschick
  • Begeisterung für technische Plattformen und Lösungen
  • Affinität zum Gesundheitswesen und Interesse am Spitalalltag
