Ihre Aufgabe ##

Du verantwortest die strategische Weiterentwicklung des UMB Cloud Portfolios von Public Cloud und Private Cloud bis hin zu Data Foundations und entwickelst daraus marktfähige und kundenrelevante Services. Du analysierst Markt-, Kunden- und Technologietrends und leitest daraus neue Angebote, Portfolio-Roadmaps und Business Cases ab. Du definierst die Positionierung, Preisgestaltung und Vermarktung deiner Services und unterstützt Vertrieb und Marketing mit überzeugenden Markt- und Kundenbotschaften. Du entwickelst und steuerst Go-to-Market-Initiativen und stellst die erfolgreiche Einführung neuer Services sicher. Du arbeitest eng mit Engineering-, Architektur-, Delivery- und Vertriebsteams zusammen und stellst sicher, dass Services marktgerecht, wirtschaftlich und kundenorientiert weiterentwickelt werden. Du unterstützt und challengst Product Owner sowie technische Teams im Sinne der bestmöglichen Lösungen für unsere Kunden.

Ihr Profil ##

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Product Management, Portfolio Management oder Service Management, idealerweise im IT- oder Technologieumfeld.
  • Du verstehst es, Kundenbedürfnisse, Marktanforderungen und technologische Möglichkeiten in erfolgreiche Services und Angebote zu übersetzen.
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Positionierung und Vermarktung von Produkten, Services oder Managed Services.
  • Interesse an Cloud-, Plattform-, Daten- und AI-Themen. Fachspezifisches Know-how in Bereichen wie Public Cloud, Private Cloud, Kubernetes, Data Platforms oder AI Foundations ist von Vorteil.
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, unternehmerisches Denken sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern aus Business und Technologie.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Zertifizierungen in den Bereichen Product Management, ITIL oder Cloud-Technologien sind von Vorteil.
