Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Du analysierst komplexe Geschäftsanforderungen und entwickelst daraus klare, funktionale Lösungskonzepte.
  • Gemeinsam mit Business- und IT-Stakeholdern definierst du MVPs, strukturierst den Scope und wirkst aktiv an der Product Roadmap mit.
  • Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in präzise Epics, User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien und schaffst damit eine belastbare Grundlage für die technische Umsetzung.
  • Du verantwortest den Product Backlog und priorisierst Anforderungen entlang von Business Value, Abhängigkeiten und Umsetzbarkeit.
  • Du planst und moderierst Backlog Refinements und stellst sicher, dass Anforderungen für das Entwicklungsteam klar, vollständig und umsetzungsbereit sind.
  • Du erstellst und pflegst den Project Delivery Plan und behältst Meilensteine, Abhängigkeiten, Risiken und Fortschritt im Blick.
  • Du steuerst das Scrum Team aus Product-Owner-Sicht und sorgst für klare Prioritäten und einen fokussierten Delivery-Prozess.
  • Du bereitest Sprint Planings vor, koordinierst die Umsetzung und präsentierst Ergebnisse sowie Product Demos gegenüber relevanten Stakeholdern.
  • Du sorgst für eine transparente und verbindliche Kommunikation zwischen Business, IT, Projektorganisation und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen.
  • Du behältst neben Scope und Delivery auch die wirtschaftlichen Rahmenbedingungen und das Projektbudget im Blick.

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung, Steuerung oder Koordination komplexer Business-/IT-Projekte
  • Fundierte Praxiserfahrung als Product Owner, Scrum Master oder in einer vergleichbaren Delivery-nahen Rolle
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Softwareentwicklungsprozessen und agilen Arbeitsmethoden, insbesondere Scrum
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Strukturierung, Priorisierung und Steuerung von Product Backlogs
  • Sicherheit in der Formulierung von Epics, User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe fachliche Anforderungen schnell zu erfassen, kritisch zu hinterfragen und in realisierbare Lösungen zu überführen
  • Ausgeprägte Erfahrung im Stakeholder Management sowie ein souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Fachbereichen, IT und Entscheidungsträgern
  • Starkes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und umsetzungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Moderations- und Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Kenntnisse im Lean Management sind von Vorteil
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau C2 sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens Niveau B2
