Deine Aufgaben: Du leitest und koordinierst IT-Projekte selbstständig von der Anforderungsaufnahme über Planung, Umsetzung und Testing bis zur Übergabe in den Betrieb. Du konzipierst, installierst, konfigurierst und betreibst Microsoft-Server-Infrastrukturen. Du verantwortest Projektplanung, Termine, Aufgaben, Risiken, Dokumentation und das regelmässige Reporting. Du betreust zentrale Microsoft-Dienste wie Active Directory, Gruppenrichtlinien, DNS, DHCP, Datei- und Druckdienste sowie weitere Windows-Server-Rollen. Du arbeitest aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-Azure- und Microsoft-365-Umgebung mit. Du betreust und entwickelst das Identity & Access Management mit Microsoft Entra ID weiter. Du analysierst technische Störungen und koordinierst die Behebung mit externen Dienstleistern und Technologiepartnern. Du unterstützt den First-Level-Support inklusive regelmässiger Pikett-Einsätze und pflegst technische Dokumentationen und Betriebshandbücher.
