Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Planung und Umsetzung vielseitiger IT-, Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsvorhaben.
  • Dabei koordinierst du Projekte ganzheitlich von der ersten Idee über die Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen Einführung.
  • Du analysierst die Anforderungen unserer Kunden und Fachbereiche, entwickelst daraus geeignete Lösungsansätze und begleitest deren Umsetzung.
  • Termine, Ressourcen, Meilensteine und Projektfortschritte hast du stets im Blick und sorgst für eine strukturierte und transparente Projektsteuerung.
  • Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden entwickelst du bestehende Dienstleistungen weiter und erschließt neue Möglichkeiten zur Optimierung und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen.
  • Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und begleitest sie partnerschaftlich bei der Umsetzung ihrer digitalen Vorhaben.
  • Darüber hinaus bringst du deine Ideen aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unseres IT-Service- und Supportbereichs ein und hast dabei entsprechenden Gestaltungsspielraum.

Ihr Profil ##

  • Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung in der Planung und Leitung von IT-Projekten.
  • Eine Ausbildung, Weiterbildung oder ein beruflicher Hintergrund im IT- bzw. technischen Umfeld ist von Vorteil.
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und denkst auch bei komplexen Herausforderungen lösungsorientiert.
  • Der Austausch mit Kunden sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen bereiten dir Freude.
  • Du kommunizierst klar und überzeugend und verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent.
  • Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung darin gesammelt, Geschäftsprozesse zu digitalisieren, zu optimieren oder zu automatisieren.
