Votre journée type ##

  • Strategische & operative Mitverantwortung: Du treibst zusammen mit dem Business Process Owner die digitale Produktions- und Logistikprozesse im Projekt Sapphire (Smart Factory) voran
  • Gesamtprojekt- und Schnittstellenmanagement: Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für Scope, Kosten, Zeitplan sowie Ressourcen- und Terminmanagement, stimmst Projektziele und Roadmaps mit anderen ab
  • Kernprojekte koordinieren: Du steuerst die Kernprojekte «Plan-to-Produce», «Enable-to-Operate» und «Inbound-to-Delivery» und stellst die Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Projekten sicher
  • Führung & Steuerung: Du führst die Projektleiter der Teilprojekte, das Projektbüro und externe Dienstleister sowie Lieferanten zielgerichtet
  • Reporting & Change: Du hältst das Board und den Steuerungsausschuss transparent auf dem Laufenden und begleitest die Organisation aktiv im Change-Management
  • Governance: Du verantwortest die Einhaltung von Security-, Architektur- und Prozess-Richtlinien (Standard-First, Clean-Core)

Votre profil ##

  • Ausbildung & Erfahrung: Fundierte Ausbildung (FH/Uni) in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbaren Bereichen sowie langjährige Erfahrung im Projekt- und Programmmanagement komplexer Industrie 4.0 Projekte
  • Industrie-Know-how: Sehr gutes Verständnis von modernen Produktions-, Supply-Chain- und Logistikprozessen sowie fundiertes Wissen über Smart-Factory- und IT/OT-Architekturen
  • Methodik & Zertifizierung: Idealerweise Zertifizierungen im Projektmanagement (z. B. IPMA, PMI, PMP, Scrum Master) und sicherer Umgang mit hybriden Projektmethoden
  • Technische Voraussetzungen & Tools: Nachgewiesene Praxis im Umgang mit gängigen Projektmanagement-Tools (z. B. Jira, MS Project,) sowie Verständnis von MES-, Lagerverwaltungs- und ERP-Systemen
  • Leadership & Sozialkompetenz: Ausgeprägte Vorbildfunktion, starkes Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungskraft sowie eine strukturierte, konzeptionelle Macher-Mentalität
  • Implementierungs- und Schnittstellenkompetenz: Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Umsetzung digitaler Strategien, ganzheitlicher ICT-Lösungen über Systemgrenzen hinweg sowie Stärke im Analysieren und Steuern von Abhängigkeiten zwischen Systemen, Prozessen und Organisationseinheiten
