Frische, Handwerk, Schweiz - dafür steht die Schokoladenmanufaktur Läderach. 1962 gegründet, beschäftigt unser Familienunternehmen heute gruppenweit über 2500 Menschen aus rund 80 Ländern, Tendenz steigend. Der Hauptsitz des Unternehmens liegt im Kanton Glarus. Vor malerischer Alpenkulisse produzieren wir hier unsere frischen Schokoladen.

In unserem Unternehmensbereich «Corporate Functions» sind verschiedene Tätigkeiten gebündelt. Neben unseren Finance- und IT-Services sind in diesem Bereich auch das globale Marketing und Sales Management sowie Human Resources angesiedelt. Das erwartet dich #####

  • Du stellst einen zuverlässigen und serviceorientierten 1st- und 2nd-Level Support für unsere internationalen Filialen sicher (über 200 Stores)
  • Du bearbeitest Incidents und Service Requests effizient und lösungsorientiert und stellst die nachhaltige Fehlerbehebung sicher
  • Du entwickelst deine Eigenlösungskompetenz im 2nd Level kontinuierlich weiter und übernimmst zunehmend komplexere Themen
  • Du pflegst und erstellst Knowledge Base Artikel, FAQs und Manuals, um die Lösungsqualität und Geschwindigkeit nachhaltig zu verbessern
  • Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Filialeröffnungen und Umbauten (IT-seitig)
  • Du installierst und konfigurierst Store IT Systeme (POS, Netzwerk, Peripherie) vor Ort oder remote
  • Du besuchst regelmässig unsere Filialen und stellst die Stabilität der Store IT sicher
  • Du beteiligst dich am Pikett-/Bereitschaftsdienst, um den operativen Betrieb sicherzustellen

Das bringst du mit #####

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT Support (1st/2nd Level), in einem Retail- oder serviceorientierten Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich  Store IT / Retail Systeme (z. B. POS, Netzwerk, Peripheriegeräte)
  • Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
