Arbeitsort: Lyss Pensum: 100% Eintritt: nach Vereinbarung Eine international tätige Firmengruppe mit rund 1'000 Mitarbeitenden entwickelt und produziert hochpräzise Werkzeuge aus Keramik, Hartmetall und Stahl für die Elektronik-, Medizinal-, Dental-, Automobil- und Uhrenindustrie. Als IT Security Operations Specialist übernimmst du eine tragende Rolle beim Aufbau, Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Sicherheitsorganisation. Deine Aufgaben: Du koordinierst und entwickelst die IT-Sicherheitsmassnahmen global weiter, gemeinsam mit den IT-Operations-Teams in China, Singapur, auf den Philippinen und in der Schweiz. Du betreust und entwickelst das Informationssicherheits-Managementsystem operativ weiter, inklusive Richtlinien, Prozessen und Security-Kontrollen. Du erfasst, bewertest, priorisierst und verfolgst Sicherheitslücken strukturiert nach, insbesondere im Engineering- und Produktionsumfeld. Du analysierst Sicherheitsereignisse und unterstützt bei Untersuchung, Eindämmung und Behebung von Sicherheitsvorfällen. Du betreust die Security-Lösungen in den Bereichen Endpoint Security, Identity Security, E-Mail-Sicherheit, Logging und Monitoring. Du überwachst sicherheitsrelevante Betriebsprozesse wie MFA, Patch-Management, Hardening und Berechtigungsmanagement. Du betreibst die Security-Awareness-Plattform und organisierst Schulungskampagnen und Phishing-Tests. Du arbeitest bei Risikoanalysen, im Schwachstellenmanagement sowie bei internen und externen Audits mit. Du baust ein Security-Kennzahlensystem auf und wirkst beim IT-Risikoreporting mit. Dein Profil: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik, Systemtechnik oder Plattformentwicklung bzw.
