  • Steuerung externer IT-Partner und Überwachung vereinbarter Serviceleistungen

  • Product Owner Funktion für Systemteam und agile Vorhaben
  • Identifikation von Automatisierungspotenzialen zur kontinuierlichen Plattformentwicklung
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle für Stakeholder aus verschiedenen IT-Bereichen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Service-Management und Systembetrieb erforderlich
  • Abschluss in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik wird vorausgesetzt
  • Kenntnisse agiler Methoden sowie Product Owner Erfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Partner gewünscht
  • Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise wird erwartet
