Über die Position

Unser Kunde ist eine führende Bildungsinstitution im Oberwallis, die dem kantonalen Dienst für Unterricht und Wirtschaft angegliedert ist und eine moderne sowie verlässliche Lern\- und Arbeitsumgebung bereitstellt.

In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie direkt das interne IT\-Team im First\- und Second\-Level\-Helpdesk. Sie sind die zentrale Anlaufstelle für Lehrpersonen sowie das Administrationspersonal und stellen mit Ihrer lösungsorientierten Art den reibungslosen IT\-Betrieb im Schulalltag sicher.

Deine Aufgaben --------------

Die Aufgabe umfasst den allgemeinen IT\-Support (Level 1 und 2\), die Verwaltung des Hardware\-Parks sowie die Betreuung der IT\-Infrastruktur.

* Technischen First\-Level\-Support bei Software\- und Netzwerkproblemen für Lehrpersonen und Verwaltung leisten.

* IT\-Störungen strukturiert bearbeiten und über das Ticketsystem lösen.

* PCs, Laptops und Peripheriegeräte vorbereiten, installieren und konfigurieren.

* Die Wartung von Server\- und Netzwerkstrukturen (WLAN, Active Directory) unterstützen.

* Technische Anpassungen dokumentieren und das IT\-Inventar pflegen.

* IT\-Lernende bei der Einarbeitung und im Arbeitsalltag begleiten.

Anforderungen

* Muttersprache Deutsch (Walliserdeutsch von Vorteil)

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT\-Bereich (z.B. Informatiker EFZ) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Gute Kenntnisse in Windows\-Umgebungen (Windows 10/11, M365\)

* Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk (WLAN, TCP/IP) und Hardware\-Verkabelung

* Führerschein der Kategorie B für Einsätze an zwei Standorten

Von Vorteil ist

* Erste praktische Erfahrung im IT\-Support
