In dieser Funktion stellst Du den stabilen, sicheren und leistungsfähigen Betrieb der Netzwerk\-Infrastruktur sicher und übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle bei der Analyse und Behebung anspruchsvoller Netzwerkstörungen. Deine Verantwortung Betrieb, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Netzwerk\-Infrastruktur Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und Stabilität von LAN\-, WAN\-, WLAN\-, VPN\- und Firewall\-Umgebungen Analyse und Behebung komplexer Netzwerkstörungen im 2nd\- und 3rd\-Level\-Support Überwachung der Systeme mithilfe moderner Netzwerk\- und Monitoring\-Tools Durchführung und Koordination von Changes, Updates, Konfigurationsanpassungen und Wartungsarbeiten Bearbeitung von Incidents, Problems und Service Requests unter Einhaltung der vereinbarten Service Levels Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Netzwerk\- und Security\-Anforderungen Mitarbeit bei Netzwerkprojekten, Migrationen, Rollouts und technischen Optimierungen Koordination mit internen Fachstellen, externen Partnern und Herstellern Pflege der technischen Dokumentationen sowie saubere Erfassung im Ticketing\- und Dokumentationssystem Dein Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Systemtechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Network Operations\-, NOC\- oder Netzwerk\-Engineering\-Umfeld von Vorteil Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Routing, Switching, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS und DHCP Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Administration von Firewalls und Netzwerk\-Security\-Lösungen Erfahrung mit Netzwerk\-Monitoring\-, Ticketing\- und Dokumentationssystemen Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in der systematischen Fehleranalyse und nachhaltigen Störungsbehebung Selbstständige, strukturierte und sicherheitsorientierte Arbeitsweise Hohe Serviceorientierung sowie klare und verständliche Kommunikation Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft für Schicht\- oder Pikettdienste Attraktiver und gut erreichbarer Arbeitsort mit professioneller Infrastruktur Abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem stabilen und technologisch spannenden Umfeld Flexible Arbeitszeiten im Schichtbetrieb Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten sowie ein Kollegiales Team und flache Hierarchien Attraktive Zusatzleistungen und Mitarbeitervorteile bei ausgewählten Partnern Unterstützung bei Weiterbildungen Gratisparkplatz Klingt spannend?
