Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • 2nd-Level-Support für Systempartner bei technischen Anwendungsfragen
  • Betrieb, Überwachung und Bereitstellung von Instanzen in einer cloudbasierten Zutrittsplattform
  • Administration und Betreuung von Linux- und containerbasierten Systemumgebungen
  • Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Fehleranalyse von Zutrittssystemen vor Ort und remote
  • Betreuung von Server-, Netzwerk- und Systeminfrastrukturen
  • Technische Unterstützung von Partnern bei Konfiguration, Betrieb und Integration der Systeme
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten sowie Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Serviceunterlagen
  • Aufbau und Konfiguration von Schulungs- und Testsystemen

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ Fachrichtung Plattformentwicklung/Systemtechnik
  • Weiterbildung als ICT-Platform Development Specialist mit eidg. Fachausweis oder dipl. Informatiker/in HF von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in Systemadministration und technischem 2nd-Level-Support
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Linux sowie containerbasierten Cloud-Umgebungen
  • Breites Know-how in Server-, Netzwerk- und IT-Infrastrukturen
  • Erfahrung mit cloudbasierten Plattformen und technischen Systemintegrationen
  • Selbstständige und praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Freude an Konfiguration und Troubleshooting
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2), sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) und jede weitere Landessprache von grossem Vorteil
  • Im Besitz des Führerausweises Kat. B
